Yes. Townhomes include garages, and limited additional parking is available. Residents are required to utilize garages and driveways for their intended purpose due to limited community parking.
What lease terms do you offer?
Lease terms typically range from 1224 months. Limited short-term lease options as low as 6 months may be available for an additional monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office for current availability and pricing.
Is Calypso close to shopping and restaurants?
Yes! Calypso is conveniently located approximately 510 minutes from major retailers including Costco, Smiths, restaurants, and other shopping destinations.
What internet provider and smart home features are included?
Fiber internet through Fastel is included in the community fee. Residents will need to provide their own router for Wi-Fi connectivity.
Smart home features may include: Smart Door Locks, Smart Thermostat, Select Smart Lighting Features
What specials or concessions are currently available?
Specials and concessions can change daily. Please contact the leasing office directly for the most current offers and promotions.

Schools currently associated with the community include: Black Ridge Elementary, Sage Canyon Middle School, Cedar Valley High School.
